   All submitted data will be stored securely in our database using industry-standard security measures.

   Access to submitted data is restricted to authorized Purpose Employees for the purposes of maintaining and improving the tool.

3. Data Usage

   We will aggregate and anonymize all building data to generate trends, benchmarks, and insights (e.g., average building energy use by region, common retrofitting practices).

   Any published statistics or insights will be based on combined data from multiple participants so that no single building or owner can be identified.

4. Third-Party Access

   We do not sell, rent, or share your submitted data with third parties.

5. We may present anonymized and aggregated datasets to you for approval to share with trusted partners for research or policy purposes.

6. Control Over Data

   You may request to update or delete your submissions from our database at any time by contacting us.
